Conference Details
Check-in time is from 2 PM on Tuesday, 10th June. Please ensure you arrive punctually for check-in, after which you are invited to join us for dinner starting at 5:30 PM. The first session will begin at 7 PM. Our final meal will be lunch on Friday, 13th June. We ask that you book flights that depart from 3 PM onwards on this day.
Please note that dinner is not included in the conference cost. A variety of restaurant options are available within Twin Towns. We have a reserved seating area from 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM each evening.
Accommodation is arranged at The Sebel, Twin Towns, with a covered walkway connecting the accommodation to the conference venue. Should you require a family room, please reach out as we have various options available to accommodate your needs.
