BMi NextGen

As growing leaders on this faith journey, we wrestle.

We want the truth, the real thing, the reality of God, as He has revealed himself through His word; and want the experience of God’s transforming power in and through us. The tension of these is the wrestle that we will set our hearts on.

Building upon our story thus far, we are looking to grow in the knowledge and the experience of God, with friends on the leadership journey within BMi. We have learnt to connect, be vulnerable, and hear the Father’s voice for one another. We challenge ourselves to dig deeper and go beyond our familiarity and grow together with purpose.

In this unfolding journey, NextGen is entering a new phase. The YOUNG GUNS and the SEASONED WARRIORS are the naturally-forming categories of NextGenners, and we have valued our time with both.

We are believing to see the Spirit impact the lives of our rising leaders in a unique way. The times of relating as peers and interacting across the generations has strengthened identity, imparted rich leadership wisdom, and joined our hearts in love. We are excited to see what God will do with the laid-down lives of our BMi next generation leaders!
